JOIN ME IN XALAPA, MEXICO!!!
I have teamed up with two friends (both of whom are mushroom foragers and cultivators) for another Mexican Mycological Adventure!
This (mostly) all-inclusive trip will focus on the mushrooms and culture of Xalapa and Coatapec Mexico, which we’ve visited several times. Local guides will lead the way as we search for everything from chanterelles to black trumpets to the many “magic” mushrooms that are prolific in these pan-tropical regions. Old growth cloud forests, extinct volcanoes, coffee farms, dishes prepared with local mushrooms…what more could you want?!?
